Everyone working with children, youth, and families must have sincere respect for and commitment to human dignity and human rights issues related to race, ethnicity, and culture.

Guiding National Blueprint Principle-It is the responsibility of all members of society to work toward the shared goal of advancing the fundamental rights and needs of children. Children’s rights belong equally to each and every child, regardless of race, color, age, disability, gender, familial status, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, language, religion, nationality ethnic or social origin, political beliefs, citizenship, or an other status or condition in life.

Guiding National Blueprint Principle-Individuals, families, communities, organizations and systems work together to understand, and promote equality, cultural humility, and strong racial, cultural and ethnic identity while showing consideration for individual differences and respecting the sovereign rights of tribes.
