On Friday, April 26, HHS released the Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse Handbook of Standards and Procedures, which includes new information related to how the new Title IV-E prevention services allowable under Family First will work. The IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse ratings will be applied to programs and services as meeting the well-supported, supported, or promising practice for mental health prevention and treatment services, substance abuse prevention and treatment services, and in-home parent skill-based programs, as well as kinship navigator programs.
