The 10 tools were developed through interviews and group discussions with mentoring professionals from across Minnesota. The tools--Microsoft Word documents provided in read-only format--are designed to offer new ideas and insights for mentors and mentor program staff to enhance relationships with teens, as well as help them recruit more community members to support young people.
