CWLA Announces New CEO
"Christine is an exceptional leader who brings to CWLA her deep commitment to vulnerable children, families, and communities," says CWLA Board Chair George W. Swan III.
James-Brown has served as President and CEO of United Way International since March 2004, following 10 years as President/CEO of United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, where she directed a staff of 130 and managed an annual fundraising effort generating more than $50,000,000.
CWLA will hold a welcome reception for James-Brown on February 27 during its 2007 National Conference in Washington, DC.
