New Publication Will Feature Youth Programs With Proven Outcomes

3/29/2005:   Does your organization conduct quality afterschool programs or other youth programs that have been evaluated and are worthy of national recognition?

The National Collaboration for Youth, part of the National Human Services Assembly, is currently identifying programs that have been evaluated for bringing about positive outcomes for youth. The National Assembly will feature a select number of those nominated in a print and online publication.

"This publication, which is funded by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, will capture about 15 programs that can shed new light on the diversity and quality that exists out there," says Irv Katz, Chief Executive Officer for the National Assembly.

Programs are more likely to be featured in the publication if they have been evaluated and if they cover a range of topics, organizations, and populations served. To nominate a program by April 5, go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=25498867465. Visit the National Human Services Assembly website.
