CWLA and the National Council for Juvenile and Family Court Judges convened a symposium to initiate dialogue between the child welfare, judicial, and educational fields on how to support positive educational outcomes for youth in care. The proceedings are documented in this monograph. The results from a survey of experts in the three fields are discussed, along with the recommendations for the creation of a national agenda. Promising programs and practices that improve youths' educational outcomes are also presented.
