PRIDE: Core: Module 6
PRIDE Core is a multimodule competency-based training that addresses the knowledge and skills foster parents need.* The modules total 87 hours of training and range in duration from 3 to 15 hours.Module 6 provides foster parents with an understanding of the professional team in working on behalf of children and families. The three sessions include information and skill development related to teamwork, the tasks of foster parents as professional team members, and conflict management.
