CWLA Flickr Photo Release
By submitting a photograph or multiple photographs to the CWLA Publications Group Pool on Flickr, you grant the Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) the right to use the photo(s). Such use includes the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or other use of the photo(s) in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printed materials such as magazines and brochures, videos, and digital images such as those on CWLA's website. You agree that these images may be used by CWLA for a variety of purposes and that these images may be used without further notification.
You do hereby release to CWLA all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form, publicly or privately, and to market and sell copies. You understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for the photo, either for initial or subsequent use.
You specifically agree that this photo release shall supersede Flickr.com's posted terms and conditions, which may be in conflict with these CWLA terms and conditions.
You understand that you are entering into this agreement electronically, which will have the same force and effect as a signature and agreement in writing. Your affirmative act of submitting your photograph(s) constitutes your electronic signature to this agreement.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and do understand the foregoing statement, and are competent to execute this agreement.
