Subject: Your Children's Voice Mailing Address
As a CWLA member, your agency receives Children's Voice, our bimonthly magazine, free as a benefit of membership. Agencies provide CWLA with the names and addresses of the staff and others whom they wish to receive the Voice, as well as other materials, such as conference updates and special offers.
In response to our members' many requests to cut back on duplicate mailings, and in an effort to be more cost-effective in our printing and mailing, CWLA is updating the database we use for mailing Children's Voice.
Because you are a League member, your agency may receive five copies of each issue of Children's Voice. One is mailed automatically to you as CEO, and you may select up to four additional people at your agency (staff, volunteers, board members, etc.) to receive the Voice free.
Clicking on the link below will take you to an online form on CWLA's Members Only website. After you log in, you will see a link on the Main Menu to enter the names of four people at your agency to receive the Voice free.
CWLA Members Only Website
In addition, as a benefit of your League membership, your agency and staff are entitled to purchase additional subscriptions to Children's Voice for just $20 a year-50% off the regular institutional subscription price of $40. There is no limit to the number of 50%-off, member-rate subscriptions your agency may purchase. You can take advantage of this special members-only rate in one of the following ways:
When ordering, to receive the half-price member rate, you must use the code CV50 when prompted for a "promo code."
To ensure that your staff doesn't miss a single copy of Children's Voice, it's imperative that we have your response by February 1, 2003, as the March/April issue will be mailed in mid-February. If we do not hear from you, we will mail only a single copy, addressed to you as CEO, for all future issues.
Our hope is that this change will produce greater efficiency and reduce the amount of duplicate pieces of mail you receive from CWLA.
