Job Description:  


Support the Independent Living/Family Services staff and clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, various administrative and clerical tasks, managing calendars, greeting guests, and backup for the Customer Service Specialist.



Education High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Two or more years experience in a clerical, data management or related field.

Job Duties

Maintain records on the incoming correspondence and action documents (i.e. Timesheets) and follows up on work to ensure timely reply or action.

Maintain alphabetical and chronological files and records of office correspondence, documents, reports and other materials in organized file.

Provide support to Independent Living/Family Services’ clients and staff (i.e. preparing reports and weekly summaries).

Serve as a back-up to the Live Scan Specialist as needed. 10%
Assist in special projects upon request. 35%
Backup to the Customer Service Specialist. As needed.
Perform other duties.
