Job Description:  

This position is responsible for supervising the Oversight Coordinator positions as well as grant positions as needed. This individual will organize and coordinate all interactions, meetings and trainings with Case Management Organizations. They will be responsible for following up on all audit results and ensuring that corrective action plans are completed and implemented. They will ensure that Case Management Organizations receive needed support from the Oversight Coordinators.
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology or Human Services from an accredited college or university is required. Masters degree preferred.
Experience Proven combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to lead, manage, enhance and promote the assigned programs of the agency.
Three years of responsible experience in monitoring and evaluating prevention programs may be substituted for a Masters degree.

• New and existing social service providers in Duval county and surrounding areas.

Supervise grants and special projects 15%
Attend Case Management Organizations Partnership meetings 5%
Review and ensure implementation of Corrective Action Plans 10%
Attend all required case staffings 15%
Review policy and procedure and training needs of all Family Preservation Programs and update as needed 15%
Review all child injury cases and assign to appropriate programs/resources 10%
Create and implement new programs to enhance and expand current services. 10%
Conduct outreach into the community to publicize the program and advocate on behalf of the families. As Needed.
Attend program services meetings and all family preservation training. As Needed.
Report indications of child abuse, neglect and/or abandonment to Child Abuse Registry and Supervisor immediately and complete incident report. As Needed.
Complete probation and annual performance evaluations. As Needed.
Provide back-up case management for staff members in their absence. As Needed.
Perform other duties. As Needed.
