Job Description:  

Work involves creating and implementing new and/or existing processes to enhance current services to children and families. Conduct regular reviews to ensure programs are being provided according to policy and procedure and the community is given the highest level of service from Case Management Organizations under contract with FSS. Ensuring that Case Management Organizations stay in compliance of all required procedures and contract requirements. Provide support, training, and technical assistance to assigned agencies. Worker will assess and compile feedback on systemic barriers and facilitate discussion on overcoming the barriers with the goal of maintaining 100% compliance. Acts as primary liaison with assigned case management organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. Masters degree preferred.
Experience Proven combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to lead, manage, enhance, and promote the assigned programs of the agency.
Two years of responsible experience in monitoring and evaluating prevention programs may be substituted for a Masters degree.

Job Duties

Conduct monthly file reviews on prevention and diversion cases, compile results in detailed report. 30%
Create and implement new programs to enhance and expand current services. 20%
Conduct home visits with workers to ensure validity of program standards. 5%
Attend supervisor review meetings with supervisors and workers. 5%
Facilitates focus groups and monthly meetings with prevention and diversion programs and tracks agendas and minutes. 10%
Analyze financial assistance given to families in prevention and recommend areas of improvement in terms of efficiency and service provided to family so problem will not be recurring. 10%
Conduct audit on notes entered into FSS’ data system to assure all home visits and supervisory reviews are detailed and thorough. 10%
Assist with case review process. 10%
Perform other duties. As Needed.
