Job Description:  

This position provides oversight at our Community Centers and community outreach. They are responsible for supervising the Community Resource Specialists, Access Worker and providing oversight of the FSS community resource center partners and clients. Additionally, this position will provide support to the Director of Family Preservation in the execution of strategy, projects and assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience Three years of experience working with at-risk children and families and/or working in community development in high risk areas.

Job Duties
Essential Duties % of Time
Oversee Daily Operations of FSS programs located in the Community Centers. 30%
Provide assistance to the Family Preservation Program on as needed basis to promote the Prevention Program. Duties could consist of new assignments or support to ongoing projects. 15%
Compile and review all program and client data on a monthly basis. Data should be compiled in a way that all information can be presented at Board meetings, community meetings and to potential funders. 10%
Track performance measures of community centers on a monthly basis and develop improvement plan if measures are not in compliance. 10%
Develop new programs at community centers according to the needs of the community. 10%
Schedule and facilitate quarterly meetings between all service providers in community center to establish and maintain good communication and working relationships. 5%
Supervise the Community Resource Specialist and Access Worker. 20%
Perform other duties. As needed.
