Job Description:  

Facilitate, monitor, document, and track the Integrated Practice Team (IPT) process. Utilize a family centered and strength based team approach with community involvement in the protection of children. Participate in the Lock Out Procedure. Facilitate and co-ordinate Special Case Staffings. Provide support to staff on cases where a clinical expertise is needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Masters degree in social work or related area of study from an accredited college or university required.
Experience Three years of clinical social work or counseling experience.

Job Duties
Essential Duties % of Time
Lead the Integrated Practice Team (IPT), comprised of a core group of representatives from differing organizations, whose purpose is to arrange services so that children can remain safely in their homes and avoid removal from the home.
Promote Family Centered Practice and Strengths Based Approach to the IPT decision making process. 45%
Assist in maintaining records of IPT meetings and other data. 5%
Provide clinical expertise to Child Protective Investigators, Prevention staff and Family Support Caseworkers regarding High Risk families. 15%
Co-ordinate and conduct Special Case Staffing. 15%
Facilitate meetings with parents who refuse to bring home a child once the child has been released from a community placement. 10%
Supervise IPT Administrator, Intake Specialist, Intake Administrator 10%
Perform other duties. As Needed
