Job Description:  

This position provides administrative assistance to the IPT team and ensures that all documentation is accurate, complete and maintained according to standards. They will also perform other administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education High school diploma and at least three years experience in a clerical, data management or related field.
Experience Three years experience in a clerical, data management or related field.

• Excellent typing skills (60 wpm)

• Florida statutes pertaining to child welfare programs.

Job Duties
Essential Duties % of Time
Records all meetings accurately and completely using the IPT Action Plan 50%
Distribute the IPT Action Plan to all appropriate parties. 5%
Maintains records in an organized, easy to reference manner. 10%
Follows up on all assigned tasks from the IPT to ensure completion. 25%
Performs related work as required. 10%
