Job Description:
|
The overall purpose of this job is to provide supervision and care to the residents and related support to their families while ensuring that the mission of providing quality services to all residents is conducted according to best practices, Agency policies and procedures, and in accordance with existing laws.
-Supervision & leadership counseling duties for residents in care.
-Providing direct supervision and leadership to the residents living in the cottage.
-Coordinate services with Food Services, Medical, Recreation, and Other support services.
-Transportation of residents to appointments and other activities.
-Basic to moderate housekeeping duties.
-Function as an integral part of the Program Team.
-Serve as an ambassadorial representative of the Agency to the community.
-Participate in professional development activites and events as assigned/required.
