Adult and Child Center, a licensed child welfare agency and community mental health center located in Indianapolis, IN is recruiting an executive level Child and Adolescent Service Line Director. This position will report directly to the CEO and will be a vital part of the Executive Leadership Team.
This position will be responsible for all activities in the service line to include, but not limited to, contract negotiation and execution, the development and marketing of new product lines, developing and maintaining community and statewide network/relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and cost effective service delivery, establishing operating procedures in assigned program/functional areas, implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives, and developing and ensuring compliance with managed care contracts.
This individual will be the face and voice of the service line to the service line staff, the rest of the organization and the multitude of customers of the service line’s services. The successful candidate must be extremely articulate both in written and verbal communication with a minimum of five years of experience at the management level of a child welfare agency and/or child and adolescent program of a community mental health center. A Master’s degree in business or a behavioral health program is required. Child welfare experience preferred.
