Strategic Planning
NCFC provides consultation and technical assistance to public and private
child welfare organizations seeking assistance with strategic planning. Based
on the unique needs of individual organizations, NCFC designs strategic
planning projects that may be concentrated during a few days or continue over
a period of years.
Working with key staff, community members, and board leaders, NCFC helps
agencies develop, implement, and track strategic planning initiatives so that
organizations may better respond to an ever-changing human services environment.
NCFC provides information on national and local trends; innovative
programs; federal, state, and county funding; and strategies for adapting to
changes in public policy.
