Facility Planning
For organizations considering new construction or alterations to existing
structures, NCFC has experienced consulting staff who can assist with
transforming program, security, and clinical requirements into physical plants
that best serve clients and staff. NCFC has the capacity to draw upon the
collective knowledge of numerous member organizations that have erected
new residential facilities, administrative buildings, and program space.
In addition, NCFC's experience working with architects, boards of directors,
and staff planning committees ensures that facility projects move from the
design phase to construction in a timely, cost-efficient, thoughtful manner.
Both on- and offsite consultation is available to help identify critical issues in
the initial planning stages and to review and comment on proposed architectural
design plans.
