Rental Car Discount
Avis offers discounted daily and weekly rental car rates to attendees of all CWLA conferences and meetings.
These rates are limited and require 24-hour advance reservations; are available one week before and after the meeting; and include free mileage, air conditioning, and automatic transmission. To obtain these rates go to www.avis.com or call (800) 331-1600 and indicate AWD Number B792699.
Airfare
Our new official airline carrier for all CWLA conferences and meetings is American Airlines. American offers all conference attendees special zone fares or a 5% discount off the lowest available fare. To get your discount for the following conferences, either go online to aa.com/group or call 800/433-1790. Make sure to use the correct corresponding tour code below. These discount codes are good only for conferences for which they are listed and cannot be used for any other conferences.
