Fostering Connections Roundtables
Last October, the Congress and President enacted the Fostering Connections to Success Act (P.L. 110-351), the most significant child welfare law changes enacted at the federal level in at least 10 years. This new reform law has the possibility of making improvements to our nation's child welfare system. CWLA will host several Fostering Connections roundtable discussions/community meetings around the country to provide participants an overview of the new law, timeframes for implementing the changes and what you need to know as a provider and policymaker. Participants will also discuss implementation challenges, and the need for technical assistance.
