International Roundtable for PRIDE Program Users
Wednesday, 2:30 - 6:00 p.m., Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and
Friday, 8:30 a.m. - noon
Come share your experiences, challenges, and successes
with other PRIDE users from across the United States,
Canada, and Europe. The PRIDE program has been
implemented in 32 states, nine Canadian provinces and
territories, and 20 countries overseas. This roundtable will
provide an opportunity to learn how your colleagues have
implemented the materials in creative ways to meet the
changing needs of foster parents and adoptive parents.
Hear about distance-learning projects carried out in
several locations and what we have discovered through
extensive research underway in Canada.
The format will combine presentations by agencies that
have undertaken creative initiatives, demonstrations of new
materials, and a series of large- and small-group discussions
around select topics chosen by participants.
The cost to attend this day-and-a-half forum is $125.
