Leadership Encounter

Leading the Nation for Children & Families: The Next Generation

Building on this foundation of the Executive Leadership Institute, we are pleased to offer a Leadership Encounter that is indeed a call to action-focusing on developing the next generation of executive leaders. We invite both executive and future executive leaders to join us for this opportunity to examine workforce challenges, preparing for transition, expectations of today's executives, embracing generational differences, and, of course, there will be opportunities for networking.

The Leadership Encounter will convene separate sessions for executive leaders and emerging/future leaders, along with joint sessions where we will examine the issues together. Please register early, as space will be limited. CWLA members and staff have worked collaboratively to offer these exciting leadership sessions.
