Ashley Rhodes-Courter lived in America's
foster system for 10 years experiencing 14
different placements and abuse before being
adopted at the age of 12. Today, she advocates on behalf
of foster children to have a fighting chance of finding
permanent and loving families. Rhodes-Courter has a
champion's vision for an effective and appropriate foster
care system.
