Children's Memorial Flag Logo Licensing Request and Licensing Agreement
Licensing Agreement
The Children's Memorial Flag logo ("Logo") is the property of the Child Welfare League of America, Inc. ("CWLA"). Use of the Logo shall constitute agreement to and acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
- CWLA hereby grants User a limited, nonexclusive license to use the Logo solely for its individual use in promoting the Children's Memorial Flag Initiative and engaging in related activities associated with child abuse prevention. Should User have any questions about allowable use of the Logo, it agrees to contact CWLA at flag@cwla.org. Should User wish to use the Logo for any additional purposes, it will obtain prior written approval from CWLA by emailing flag@cwla.org.
- The Logo may not be sold or used in any way for commercial purposes.
- User may not assign any rights granted under this Agreement to any third party.
- In its use of the Logo, User agrees to credit CWLA with development of the Children's Memorial Flag Initiative.
- User represents and warrants that its use of the Logo or any reference to CWLA will honor the integrity of CWLA's mission and will protect CWLA's good reputation.
- User agrees to provide CWLA with information about its use of the Logo.
- User agrees to indemnify CWLA for any damages or harm that results from User's use of the Logo.
- Any failure by User to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein may result in the immediate revocation of this license. The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be made by CWLA in its sole discretion.
