General Terms

• "Free-Take-One" items offer organizations the opportunity to provide materials to conference attendees at a very low cost.
• Materials must be shipped by the advertiser by traceable means directly to the conference location.
• All shipping boxes must be clearly labeled.
• CWLA cannot act as a vendor for your materials.
• CWLA will not return any materials.
• CWLA reserves the right to reject materials.
• CWLA reserves the right to reject at any time a request to participate in the Free-Take-One exhibit.
• Advertisers and/or agencies, jointly and severally, agree to indemnify and hold CWLA harmless from and against any loss, liability, or expense arising out of their participation in the Free-Take-One exhibit.
