2008 CWLA Western Region Training Conference Exhibiting

General Terms & Liability and Insurance

Introduction

Exhibit at the 2008 CWLA Western Region Training Conference and meet face-to-face with the movers and shakers in child welfare. Because it's difficult to meet everyone, you'll receive the post-conference attendee mailing list, for one-time use.

  • Deadline: September 4, 2008

  • Exhibit Fee per Space: Non-profit: $450, For-Profit: $600

Payment in full does not need to accompany your request for exhibit space but MUST be submitted in full before the conference start date of September 15, 2008. Space is limited and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning May 1, 2008.

    • (1) 8' x 8' table-top space
    • (1) 6' x 2' table
    • (2) side chairs
    • A booth identification sign.
    • Up to two exhibit staffers can register to attend all educational sessions and meal functions for $195 (the presenter rate).
    • One-time use of the post-show attendee mailing list.
    • A link to your Website from the Virtual Exhibit Hall on ours.
    • Access to all breakfasts, snack breaks, and receptions.
    • Dedicated exhibit hall time, concentrated into two days.
    • A 30% discount on all conference advertising.

  • Exhibit Hall Bingo - Always a Crowd-Pleaser!
    Participating vendors will be asked to stamp bingo cards distributed to attendees at registration. Attendees with completed cards are eligible to win big prizes. Grand prize drawings are scheduled for 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 16. To donate a prize ($25 min. value) email kdunn@cwla.org.

  • Exhibit Hall Dates and Times

    Set up: Sunday, September 14, 2008, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
    Dismantle: Tuesday, September 16, 2008, 3:30 pm

    Hours of Operation
    The exhibit hall is open 7:30 am - 7:30 pm on Monday, September 15 and 7:30 am - 3:30 pm on Tuesday, September 16. Please see below for dedicated exhibit hall times for breakfasts, receptions, snack breaks, and drawings. (Be sure to staff your booth at these times.) Break times are subject to change.

    • Monday, September 15
      7:30 am - 8:30 am  Continental Breakfast
      10:00 am - 10:30 am  Coffee Break
      3:00 pm - 3:30 pm  Snack Break
      6:00 pm - 7:30 pm  Welcoming Reception (great networking opportunity)

    • Tuesday, September 16
      7:30 am - 8:30 am  Continental Breakfast
      10:00 am - 10:30 am  Coffee Break
      12:00 pm - 1:30 pm  Exhibit Hall Open During Lunch
      3:00 pm - 3:30 pm  Snack Break and Grand Prize Drawings

  • Purchase two or more booths and deduct $50 from the cost of each space.

  • Complete the Space Application and Contract.
    Payment in full does not need to accompany your request for exhibit space but MUST be submitted in full before the conference start date of Monday, September 15, 2008. Space is limited and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning May 1, 2008. Make checks payable to CWLA.
