General Terms & Liability and Insurance
Introduction
Exhibit at the 2008 CWLA National Conference and meet face-to-face with the movers and shakers in child welfare. You'll reach CEOs, administrators, and other child and family experts who are eager to explore new thinking and new products. Because it's difficult to meet everyone, you'll receive the pre- and post-show attendee mailing lists for one-time use for just $150.

Specific Information
- Deadline: February 15, 2008
- Exhibit Fee per Space:
- $1550 for booth numbers 1, 7, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 70
- $1295 for for-profit agencies
- $950 for nonmember, nonprofit agencies
- $700 for CWLA member agencies

Payment in full is due with the Space Application and Contract and is required before space can be assigned. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning October 1, 2007.

Participating vendors will be asked to stamp bingo cards distributed to attendees at registration. Attendees with completed cards are eligible to win big prizes. Drawings are scheduled for 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 26. To donate a prize ($50 min. value) email kdunn@cwla.org.

Discounts
- Purchase two or more booths and deduct $50 from the cost of each space.
- Exhibitors will receive a 30% discount on all conference advertising.
Reserve Space
- Complete the Space Application and Contract.
Payment in full is required and must accompany the Space Application and Contract before exhibit space can be assigned. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning October 1, 2007.
