2007 CWLA National Conference Exhibiting
General Terms & Liability and Insurance
Introduction
Exhibit at the 2007 CWLA national conference and meet face-to-face with the movers and shakers in child welfare. You'll reach CEOs, administrators, and other child and family experts who are eager to explore new thinking and new products. Because it's difficult to meet everyone, you'll receive the post-show attendee mailing list, for one-time use.

Specific Information
- Deadline: February 16, 2007
- Exhibit Fee per Space:
- $1,500 for booth numbers 1, 7, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26
- $1,295 for for-profit agencies.
- $850 for nonmember, nonprofit agencies.
- $700 for artist and small vendors. *
- $650 for CWLA member agencies.
* small vendor = staff of 5 or less
- Please add $50 if requesting a corner space.
NEW!
A deposit of 50% of the total space rental fee is required and must accompany the Space Application and Contract in order for exhibit space to be assigned. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning October 1, 2006. The balance is due at close of show.

- (1) 10' x 10' booth with standard booth drapery.
- (1) 6' x 2' draped table.
- (2) side chairs.

7:30 am - 10:30 am Exhibit Hall Grand Opening with Complimentary Hot Breakfast
12 Noon - 1:30 pm Hors D'oeuvres in the Exhibit Hall
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm Snack Break in the Exhibit Hall
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm Welcoming Reception in the Exhibit Hall (great networking opportunity)

10:00 am - 10:30 am Coffee Break in the Exhibit Hall and Grand Prize Drawings

Participating vendors will be asked to stamp bingo cards distributed to attendees at registration. Attendees with completed cards are eligible to win big prizes. Drawings are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27. To donate a prize ($50 min. value) email kdunn@cwla.org.

- Important Rules for the 2007 CWLA National Conference:
- Book a room at the Marriott Wardman Park.
Discounts
- Purchase two or more booths and deduct $50 from each booth fee.
- Exhibitors will receive a 30% discount on all conference advertising.
Reserve Space
- Complete the Space Application and Contract.
