2007 National Child Welfare Data & Technology Conference Exhibiting

Introduction

Exhibit at the 2007 National Child Welfare Data & Technology Conference and meet face-to-face with the movers and shakers in child welfare. Because it's difficult to meet everyone, you'll receive the post-show attendee mailing list, for one-time use.

Specific Information

  • Deadline: July 2, 2007

  • Exhibit Fee per Space: $1,000

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total space rental fee is required and must accompany the Space Application and Contract in order for exhibit space to be assigned. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning May 1, 2007. The balance is due at close of show.
  • Includes (per exhibit table-top display):
    • (1) 8' x 10' space
    • (1) 6' x 2' table
    • (2) side chairs
    • Conference registration for one exhibit staffer with access to all educational sessions and meal functions. Up to two additional staffers can register at the reduced rate of just $150 per.
    • One-time use of the post-show attendee mailing list.
    • A link to your Website from the Virtual Exhibit Hall on ours.
    • Access to all breakfasts, snack breaks, and receptions.
    • Dedicated exhibit hall time, concentrated into two days.
    • 24-hour exhibit hall security.

  • Exhibit Hall Dates and Times

    Set up: Tuesday, July 17, 2007, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
    Dismantle: Thursday, July 19, 2007, 3:30 pm

    Hours of Operation
    The exhibit hall is open 8:00 am - 7:00 pm on Wednesday, July 18, and 7:30 am - 3:30 pm on Thursday, July 19. Please see below for dedicated exhibit hall times for breakfasts, receptions, snack breaks, and drawings. Be sure to staff your booth at these times. (Break times are subject to change.)
    • Wednesday, July 18
      8:00 am - 9:00 am  Continental Breakfast
      10:00 am - 10:30 am  Coffee Break
      12:00 pm - 1:30 pm  Exhibit Hall Open During Lunch
      3:00 pm - 3:30 pm  Snack Break

  • Important Rules for the 2007 National Child Welfare Data & Technology Conference:
  • Exhibit Hall Bingo - Back by demand!
    Participating vendors will be asked to stamp bingo cards distributed to attendees at registration. Attendees with completed cards are eligible to win big prizes. Drawings are scheduled for 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 19. To donate a prize ($50 min. value) email kdunn@cwla.org.

Discounts

  • Purchase two or more booths and deduct $50 from the cost of each space.

Reserve Space

  • Complete the Space Application and Contract.
