General Terms & Liability and Insurance

Introduction

Exhibit at the 2007 CWLA National Adoption and Foster Care Training Conference and meet face-to-face with the movers and shakers in child welfare. You'll reach adoption and foster care professionals at their ultimate point of purchase! Because it's difficult to meet everyone, you'll receive unlimited use of the post-show attendee mailing list, for follow-up.

Specific Information

  • Deadline: November 16, 2007

  • Exhibit Fee per Space:
    • $450 for CWLA member agencies
    • $600 for nonmember agencies
    • For profits: contact CWLA for rates

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total space rental fee is required and must accompany the Space Application and Contract in order for exhibit space to be assigned. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning June 1, 2007.

    • (1) long, draped table.
    • (2) side chairs.
    • A conference registration for one exhibit staffer with access to all educational sessions and meal functions.
    • Unlimited use of the post-show attendee mailing list, for follow-up.

  • Exhibit Hall Bingo
    Participating vendors will be asked to stamp bingo cards distributed to attendees at registration. Attendees with completed cards are eligible to win big prizes. Drawings are scheduled for 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 12. To donate a prize ($50 min. value) email kdunn@cwla.org.

    • Cost: Just $195!
    • Limit: one set of items (fliers, pamphlets, or brochures, not to exceed 8.5" x 11" in size) per vendor.

  • Exhibit Hall Dates and Times

    Set up: Sunday, December 9, 2007, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
    Dismantle: Wednesday, December 12, 2007, 10:30 am

    Hours of Operation
    The exhibit hall will be open 7:30 am - 7:00 pm on Monday, December 10; 7:30 am - 3:30 pm on Tuesday, December 11; and 7:30 am - 10:30 am on Wednesday, December 12. Please see below for dedicated exhibit hall times for breakfasts, receptions, snack breaks, and drawings. (Be sure to staff your booth at these times.)

  • Important Rules for the 2007 CWLA National Adoption and Foster Care Training Conference:
  • Book a room at the New Orleans Marriott.
    (Mention the Child Welfare League of America for reduced room rates.)

  • Shipping Instructions:
    • Clearly label all boxes. Check back periodically for a downloadable label template. Print labels on white stock to distinguish your (vendor) packages from all the rest.
    • Ship by traceable means.
    • Leftover items will not be returned.
    • Materials should arrive no earlier than Tuesday, December 4, 2007.

    Discounts

    • Purchase two or more booths and deduct $50 from the cost of each space.
    • Exhibitors receive a 30% discount on all conference advertising.

    Reserve Space

    • Complete the Space Application and Contract.
